Are you a passionate blogger? Do you enjoy writing stories and sharing content on social media? Do you love this blog? If so, things are looking promising already. Are you a current undergraduate, graduate student, or candidate holding a Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field? Do you have experience with internal and external communications and website content management? Do you have an eye for detail? In that case, you might be the intern we are looking for.

The Innovation Unit is developing its online communications and looking for an intern to support the process. The intern will support the Project Lead with executing new online communications strategies by developing and maintaining ongoing online communications through the global blog, and by applying development project improvements to the blog platform. The work entails preparing and publishing blog post drafts, tweeting, scheduling, supporting collaboration between different units, and updating blog functionalities using WordPress.

Duty Station: Innovation Unit, NYHQ

Duration of internship: January 2014 – June 2014

This position is not compensated, but there is a possibility to receive school credit.
