Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for solving complex problems with emerging technology solutions? Would you like to work with a diverse, international team to improve the way that UNICEF and its partners leverage Technology for Development (T4D) solutions to deliver results for children throughout Eastern and Southern Africa? If so, this may be the job for you.

The UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) provides support to UNICEF country offices throughout the region. As part of this regional support role, the ICT and T4D unit at ESARO has recognized a need to increase regional coordination and formulate strategies to correlate and support T4D initiatives.

We seek a T4D Partnership and Capacity Building consultant to help drive this effort.

Duty Station: ICT/T4D Unit — Nairobi, Kenya

Duration of contract: 1 February  – 31 October 2014 (9 months)

Start Date: Immediate
