Are you an expert of the start-up world? Can you master innovative uses of technology for development, particularly in the areas of data, mobiles, open source and health?

UNICEF Vietnam is seeking to hire an Innovation Lab Lead to coordinate and support the start-up of the UNICEF Innovation Lab in Vietnam, and to execute key innovative pilot projects that support the fulfillment of the rights of children as outlined in the overall country programme 2012-2016.

This position will include work in: operational research, capacity strengthening and knowledge management. The position will also require the candidate to provide technical assistance to set up and operationalize the UNICEF Innovation Lab, thus linking programme priorities with technology, collaboration and innovations by way of engaging young people in this entire process.

Duty station: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Duration of consultancy: 01 August 2014 – 31 July 2015
